Line 3 – Line 3 – Literature. Myth. & Other Fields of Knowledge
DESCRIPTION:
Literature. Myth. & Other Fields of Knowledge is a Line of Critical Inquiry that promotes dialogue between literature and myth, contemporary literature is compared with myth that hails from the distant past, in an interdisciplinary discussion with other subjects such as the poetics of voice or orality, writing and orature, social sciences, education and teaching, psychoanalysis, philosophy and performance. We are interested in thinking about the hermeneutics of the text and the voice, the connection, without hierarchies and predilections, between canonical and non-canonical systems, the relations between text and corporeality and the reconfiguration of the myth in tradition and modernity.
